What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This completely renovated flat is just ten min. from the beach and the city center. It’s located in Nou Llevant which is a one of the most promising areas for the coming years and also close to Palma’s wonderful and inspiring seaside promenade. The flat is fully furnished and the WiFi is included, as it is a monthly cleaning.
Our room handovers take place Monday to Friday from nine am to six pm. Handovers outside these hours are only possible with previous confirmation, and not by standard. For handovers outside the standard times a service fee of fifty EUR will be charged.
